Space Planning and Floor Plan: CSI provides a 2D floor plan (for design intent only) of your new space(s). Design Concept: CSI curates a customized design proposal complete with a detailed shopping list. We dedicate considerable time and attention to each unique design, and will revise as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Final Decor: To complete your space, CSI selects decor based on your budget and design aesthetic and styles the items in your home. Investment: Starting at $5,000 per room.

Hone in on your dream design and breathe new life into your space with this mini, fully virtual package. The Process: To get started, you send us photos, measurements, and inspiration for the room or space you are looking to refresh. We review everything and provide you with a curated list of recommended products, mood board, dedicated color palette, new floor plan, and personalized video overview. We dedicate considerable time and attention to every unique design. In order to ensure your satisfaction, clients can request one round of revisions to either the floor plan, color palette, or some of your hand-selected products. The Deliverables: • A personalized design proposal for your space • More than 20 thoughtfully selected products (with links included) tailored to your specific space, budgetary preferences, and design aesthetic • A mood board presenting a cohesive 2D visual representation of the recommended products • A floor plan with recommended item placement (not to scale, for design intent only) • A dedicated color palette for your design aesthetic • An abundance of ideas and inspiration to breathe more life into your space transformation • A personalized video overview of the design refresh agenda – Frequently Asked Questions: How many rooms can I submit? This package is limited to one room or space. If the room you wish to submit encompasses two interconnected spaces, such as a combined living room and dining area, please note that separate purchases are required for each space. How long does the process take? We will send you your plan within 60 days from when we confirm receipt of the requested deliverables. Will I have an opportunity to communicate with Carah? You will receive a personalized video from Carah guiding you through the entire design plan. Can I choose my desired design style? Yes. Our job is to help you bring your dream space to life. Be as detailed as possible when filling out your questionnaire so we can tailor a look that you’ll love. What if I don’t know my desired design style? You’ve come to the right place.
